If the consultant doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason during the first 2 weeks you will receive the first week AT NO CHARGE*.

Contract to Hire (C2H):
If the consultant is hired during the first 6 months on contract, the conversion fee is 20%.
If the consultant is hired during the 6 - 12 months on contract, the conversion fee is reduced to 15%.
If the consultant is hired after 12 months on contract, the conversion fee is reduced to 10%. |
Direct Hire (DH): 90 Day Guarantee
Fee is 20% of first year salary.
If the candidate leaves employment for any reason within the first 30 days you will receive a 100% refund*.
If the candidate leaves employment for any reason within the 31st-60th day you will receive a 50% refund*.
If the candidate leaves employment for any reason within the 61st-90th day you will receive a 25% refund*.
